1. What time does my dancer need to be at the theater for dress rehearsal?

Every dancer should check-in with an EAD Staff member or trusted volunteer at 9:15am on Sunday, June 7 at the Kirby Theater.

2. What time do I pick up my dancer from dress rehearsal?

All dancers will be brought out for check-out with an EAD Staff member or trusted volunteer at noon on Sunday, June 7.

3. What does my dancer wear to dress rehearsal?

All dancers should be in the costume for their class with the same requirements they wore for Picture Day. Tights, shoes, hair style, earrings, make-up, etc. This information can be found on the customer portal and on the costume requirements page on this website.

4. What time do I bring my leveled dancer (Level I, II, III, IV) back for the second dress rehearsal?

All leveled dancers will check-in for a second time with an EAD Staff member or trusted volunteer at 1:00pm for their second dress rehearsal.

5. What time do I pick up my leveled dancer (Level I,II,III,IV) from their second dress rehearsal?

All leveled dancers will be brought up for check-out with at EAD Staff member or trusted volunteer at 3:00pm from their second dress rehearsal.

6. What time does my dancer need to check-in for the Show?

All dancers should check-in with an EAD Staff member or trusted volunteer at 4:45pm for the Show.

7. What does my dancer need to be dressed in when they arrive at the Kirby Theater?

Your dancer should come dressed in their first costume with a cover up on. Hair and make up should be done before arriving at the Kirby Theater. No dance shoes should be worn outside.

8. What does my dancer need to bring to the Kirby Theater?

Your dancer should bring all costumes and shoes they need for their classes. Pre and kinder level students should bring a beach towel labeled with their name. Leveled students should bring a laundry basket labeled with their name.

9. Can my dancer brings snacks?

Your dancer may bring a spill proof water bottle and clean snacks that are peanut free. Pretzels, cheese sticks, grapes are good choices. All dancers must wear a cover up over their costume while having snacks.

10. What are rehearsal weeks and where do I find the schedule?

Rehearsal weeks are the last two weeks before the Spring Showcase, Tuesday, May 26 - Saturday, June 6. The schedule is different than the regular class schedule. Please make sure you check your email, the bulletin board in the hallway, and the rehearsal weeks page on this website for your child's schedule.

11. Do I need to buy a ticket for my toddler?

Yes, everyone over age one needs a ticket to attend the Spring Showcase.
